Kedleston Hall & estate is in Kedleston, 4 miles northwest of Derby, about 25 minutes drive from Nottingham.

Kedleston Hall is a classical palladian mansion, built  between 1759 and 1765. the park covers 820 acres and was designed by Robert Adam who created the five lakes as well as various smaller buildings and walks. Entrance to the park drives over the Adam Bridge. the hall was used as key location for The Duchess, starring Keira Knightley
